
About me and the magazine...

I don't want to ramble too much about myself as you want to know about the magazine and what your hard-earned cash is buying you each month. What is important is that I've spent a lot of years in the wellness sector, mainly for self-help. We are a neurospicy family and life hasn't been easy.
What does that have to do with the magazine?
I've spent a lifetime learning mindfulness and meditation techniques, ways to calm the mind and body. I've learned about the amazing effects these things can have on the body and they are mind-blowingly vast.
So, the magazine is a little of that and a little of the things that might be of interest to others, to help them learn a calmer way of living within a world where we're all expected to become academic, high-achievers who pride themselves on never having any time to themselves or time off. We must reverse this rhetoric as it's highly damaging.
We are allowed time to ourselves. We should take time to do things we enjoy, time to find calm and peace. Life should be an enjoyable journey of self-discovery and finding beauty in all of our mundane moments, whether we are academic or not. We should be proud of ourselves, our space in time and our life.
