Packed with interesting and in-depth articles about nature, mind body and spirit health and wellness, natural living and more...

It's been a wonderful journey from where the magazine started to where it is today. It's always improving and I pride myself on the fact that it hasn't moved away from its main ethos.
In September I'll be unrolling the even newer and more improved look. It's the same great magazine with the same amount of articles, recipes and free gifts but smaller - this has reduced printing and mailing costs and so I can bring that reduction to you. Inside the magazine has a more professional and clean look. The type is slightly smaller but still larger than normal magazine size making it easy to read. Its new compact size means you can pop it in your handbag and take it anywhere.
Why isn't it in the supermarkets or big shops?
It never will be! It's a small business, with the aim of giving a personal touch. If I go through a distributer the quality will be severely reduced, the magazine could get sent anywhere in any condition and I am controlled more by the distributers than the customers. I want it to be personal, something for you, something to relax with and be part of, something to keep.
How does that make it different?
Firstly, it's completely reader supported which means that there is zero-advertising and many people have already commented on how much of a difference this makes.

Testimonials
Already people are talking about the feel of the magazine, the quality and the joy of not having advertising. In the past the magazine has got people talking about their own struggles and mental health and this has been wonderful and something that more of us should do. Here's real life testimonials from real people!
'From the minute I picked up my copy of Dhyana magazine I could feel the quality of the paper and knew it was going to be a good read. I loved the layout and the lack of adverts for unnecessary items was refreshing.
The size of font makes it easy to read as does the combination of black and white and colour pages.
The articles are very interesting, have been well researched and written in an easy to understand style giving the reader a real feel for the subject.
The magazine contains articles for those that like to bake and each month there are puzzles and beautiful drawings to colour for those times when you need to relax and be mindful after a busy day.
A thoroughly enjoyable and informative magazine I would highly recommend it, if you are looking for a magazine which is of excellent quality with interesting articles and mindful content then this is for you.'
